What the form collects
The form asks for your name, email address, town or postcode, the type of work and a description of the job. A phone number is optional. Please avoid including access codes, payment details or sensitive documents. We also record the submission time and a reference so your enquiry can be handled and a repeated send can be recognised.
Why it is used
Your details are used to respond to your request and discuss potential work. Where you request a quote or service for yourself, this supports steps towards a contract. Handling other business enquiries and protecting the form against abuse are legitimate interests. The form does not sign you up to marketing.
Where your enquiry goes
A copy is saved privately on the website server before receipt is confirmed. An email notification is then sent to Matt’s Echo Property Maintenance mailbox at the address above. Lustre Digital provides the website and technical support, including the email delivery service, and can access the stored enquiry where needed to operate or troubleshoot it. Google provides the receiving Gmail mailbox. Enquiries are not added to Lustre Digital’s sales CRM.
External providers may process information outside the UK under their own service arrangements. If you use the WhatsApp or email links, the provider you choose also handles that communication under its own privacy terms.
How long information is kept
The website’s stored enquiry copy is automatically removed after 90 days. This does not delete an email already delivered to Echo Property Maintenance or records created when work is arranged. Contact Matt about retention or deletion of those records.
Technical information and cookies
The enquiry system uses a signed form token and protected hashes of network and email information to limit abuse and recognise repeated submissions. It keeps counts of received enquiries; a phone or WhatsApp click is not recorded as a completed enquiry. No advertising trackers, analytics cookies or mailing-list tools are installed by this website.
The hosting server also processes technical request information, such as IP addresses and requested pages, to serve and protect the site. The main page loads its typefaces from Google Fonts, which receives the technical information needed to deliver them.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to access or correct your personal information, request deletion or restriction, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. Other rights, including data portability, may apply depending on the circumstances. Contact Matt using the details above. You can also raise a concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office.
